Single Player Command Usage:
/give YOURUSERNAME 397 1 3 {SkullOwner:"PlayerName"}

IF THAT COMMAND DOES NOT WORK TRY THE COMMANDS BELOW:

Multiplayer Command Usage:
/give YOURUSERNAME 397 1 3 Player:PlayerUsernamehere
Or
/give YOURUSERNAME 397 1 3 {SkullOwner:"PlayerName"}

#A lot of you guys have been saying in the comments that the heads are not appearing as they are supposed to be or not working, It does work just please make SURE YOU HAVE CHEATS ENABLED! & also a 1.7+ Jar file! :)
